24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen that are sometime beyond our control. Canceling your appointment within the 24 hours of your service time has a huge impact on us being that we are a small business. Our policy is, if you are canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your assigned appointment, you must contact Tia Jones (Text or Email) to cancel. Tia will confirm cancellation either through Text or Email. There will be a charge of 50% of your service charge for cancellations that were made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If this is your second time canceling, you will be charged 100% of your service price. If this is your third time canceling, you will no longer be able to be serviced at our location.

Terms & Conditions for Gift Certificates

  • All gift certificates sales are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates may not be used to purchase another gift certificate.

  • Gift certificates may not be combined with a coupon, FREE upgrade, or another gift certificate.

  • Hand & Hand Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

  • All appointments must be scheduled before the expiration date.

  • All gift certificates have a 1 month grace period after the expiration date.

  • After the grace period has ended, the expired gift certificate will be redeemable for ONE additional month with a fee of $25. 

  • After additional grace period has ended, the expired gift certificate will not be redeemable. 

  • Any appointments scheduled after the expiration date must be kept or you will forfeit the gift certificate.

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions for Mother's & Father's Day Certificates

  • This "Special" is for Mothers & Fathers only.

  • All Mother's & Father's Day Gift certificates are transferable but client will have to pay the difference if they are not a Mother or Father

  • All Certificates are valid immediately.

  • All Certificates will have an expiration date. 

  • May not be combined with any other discounts.
