Hand & Hand Massage Guidelines

Please read this in its entirety, as we have new procedures and regulations that we all must comply with in order to safely reopen.

​

The Georgia Board of Massage Therapy alongside of the Governor's Executive Order has released safety guidelines that we will strictly follow to safely reopen and operate. Here's what to expect: 

​

  • If you have a fever of or greater than 100.4 degrees, we will kindly ask for you to reschedule. 

  • You must have an appointment before showing up.   

  • When arriving for your appointment please wait in our designated waiting area. 

  • It is NOT mandatory for you to wear your mask here but it is recommended by CDC. Wear at your own discretion.  

  • It is not mandatory for Massage Therapist to wear mask, however if you would like for your Therapist to wear one, please let your Therapist know upon arrival. 

  • Checking out will now be performed through our "COVID Clean Checkout". You are welcome to use Cashapp($tiajones05), Venmo tiajones05, Zelle(7708859207), or Paypal(7708859207) for an added precaution. 

  •  All of our laundry are washed with an antibacterial and disinfected. 

  •  We will run an HEPA Filter Air purifier in the room

 

IF YOU ARE RUNNING A FEVER, NOT FEELING WELL, COUGHING, OR HAVE ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NOT COME IN. You are still held responsible to cancel your service. We ask that you didn't wait until the last minute to cancel for we are holding that slot for you and won't be able to fill it at the last minute. 

**There will be a 25% cancelation fee required if you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours of your arrival.** 

 

  • For those who have appointments scheduled but are deciding to stay at home, please cancel your appointment and reschedule at a later time. 

  • Our business is located in a shared building with two other businesses which may have different guidelines. We ask that you adhere to our guidelines while you are in the building being serviced by us. 

  • These rules are subject to change at any time during this phase. We will notify you if any changes need to be made. If you feel that you do not agree or will not comply with any of our changes, then we ask that you do not book with us at this time. 

 

We understand that these rules may be difficult to navigate, but we can’t stress enough that we have to adhere to them for your safety, my safety, and the safety of our love ones.
